Refund policy
We have a 07-day return/refund/exchange policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging with tags, brand’s/manufacturer’s box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. You will have to return all the items bought under Promotional offer or Bundle offer.

Shipping charge will be applicable if the item to be returned is shipped by us.
Damaged/Faulty or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide replacement with same product or refund your money (if paid in advance) depending on your request. The Product must be returned with original packaging, brand’s/manufacturer’s box, Price tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns of the below mentioned item unless found defective/damaged at the time of Delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. Please make Video or take pictures while unboxing the product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you paid Cash ,you will get refund by cash. If you paid by card , your refund will be on the card you used for payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
